The CPCAB Level 2 Award in Effective Listening Skills will benefit students from 14 years to mature adults who are interested in understanding other people and improving their personal and working relationships.

This nationally recognised 16 guided learning hour qualification is intended for candidates who wish to develop their listening skills in order to: 

• improve communication 
  
• improve existing work roles 
  
• enhance personal relationships 
  
• improve collegial relationships within workplace teams 
  
• enhance helping relationships
  
• promote better community relations 

The course will run over four sessions of four hours each, making a total of 16 hours. All training materials will be provided and you will complete a portfolio that forms the assessment for the qualification.  Previous experience is not needed nor additional requirements to join the course.  However, please contact  Network Training to speak with Judith, the course tutor, who will gladly discuss the suitability of this course for you.

This course is completely free to those that are eligible.
